Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Comprises a Device that Records A Patient's Key Health Metric as well as Clinical and Administrative Support to Maintain Wellness and Quickly Escalate any Change in a Patient's Health to the Practice's Care Team

In 2020 Medicare began reimbursing for Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM). We provide turnkey Remote Patient Monitoring by enrolling eligible patients, shipping them a device (most commonly a blood pressure cuff), helping the patient set it up and then monitoring the patient’s health.

Medicare pays for RPM as both a monthly fee for the data and for spending time assisting the patient. Reimbursement is usually over $100 per month, and over $1,300 per year, per patient.

With Armadale Health’s comprehensive service, we do all the monitoring, all the work, and upload our notes to your EMR so you, the provider, have additional patient information at your fingertips.

Armadale Health and our care team will enroll your patients and manage the process every step of the way:

  • Check-in on patient and encourage adherence to daily measurement

  • Escalate any critical deviations in health

  • Submit codes to your biller for easy submission

  • We identify patients that are eligible and may benefit from RPM

  • If the doctor agrees he hands out an information card to patient at end of visit

  • We reach out to patient on behalf of practice for enrollment

  • Ship 4G enabled wireless device to patient and help with setup

We handle the process from beginning to end. Enroll in our program today.
